Devon County Council, as the Waste Disposal Authority works in partnership with the District Councils and Unitary Authorities through Devon Authorities Waste Reduction and Recycling Committee (DAWRRC). DAWRRC members are working together to achieve a 65% recycling rate by 2025/26 and achieve best value in the provision of the sale of recyclable materials collected from householders and from recycling facilities throughout Devon.
