Specialist Plumbing Materials Framework - For Disabled Facilities

The Council is looking to award a Contract for appointment onto a Framework for specialist plumbing supplies. The materials to be delivered under this Framework are to facilitate maintenance works to be carried out by Blackburn with Darwen in-house operations teams. This Framework will replace the current arrangements for the purchase of plumbing supplies and consists of a two year multi-supplier, Framework. The three highest scoring Tenderers will be invited to join the Framework. The highest scoring Tenderer shall be ranked at position one on the Framework and the other Tenderers shall be ranked in the same order so the lowest scoring Tenderer shall be at position three on the Framework
