Overview

Following the evaluation of PQQ , the tender will be issued under an ITT issued by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council via the Chest e-Tendering Portal. The former St John the Evangelist Church is a Grade II listed Georgian structure located between Victoria Street, James Street and Richmond Terrace, Blackburn, BB1 6DW. In April 2019 an accidental fire caused extensive damage to the building. Following the fire, the property was made safe with the Council undertaken some clearance works and erected permanent hoardings. The proposal is to transform St John's into a high quality, flexible work space, providing offices, meeting rooms and lettable desks.
