The Council is looking to award a Contract for appointment onto a Framework for specialist plumbing supplies. The materials to be delivered under this Framework are to facilitate maintenance works to be carried out by Blackburn with Darwen in-house operations teams. This Framework will replace the current arrangements for the purchase of plumbing supplies and consists of a two year multi-supplier, Framework.
