Responsive Roofing Repair Framework

Gentoo Group require the establishment of a framework agreement of up to 6 suppliers to support our Property Maintenance department with routine and reactive repair works / small scale replacements to roofing on our domestic properties (including garages). The framework agreement will be a 12 month agreement with the option to extend by a further 3 x 12 month periods. The contract extension will be determined by The Suppliers performance and there still being a requirement and budget by The Group.
