Gentoo Group is seeking to procure a Contractor to deliver refurbishment and fit-out works to a selection of its offices. The office locations are as follows: Bunnyhill Centre Hylton Lane, Sunderland SR5 4BW; Former Connexions Building, The Galleries Retail Park, Washington, NE38 7SD; and Akeler House, Emperor Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XR The works within each office will vary in nature, but full details will be provided within the Tender Pack.
