bpha own a number of flat blocks in Bedford, built between 1954 to 1968. They do not currently enhance their environment and perform poorly in terms of heat retention. 'Project Vista' was conceived to develop, plan and implement a bespoke investment strategy for these high-density, 'aged' assets. The programme will explore refurbishment of the blocks and provision of new accommodation, supporting the overall vision to maintain properties and communities "where people can live happily in a home they can afford."
