'Project Vista' was conceived to develop, plan and implement a bespoke investment strategy for these high-density, 'aged' assets. The programme will explore refurbishment of the blocks and provision of new accommodation, supporting the overall vision to maintain properties and communities "where people can live happily in a home they can afford."
