Building Regeneration Project

bpha has a number of tower blocks in Bedford that were constructed in the 1950-1960s, ranging from 7 to 15 storey in height. These now review require extensive improvement. This is a significant and high profile programme within bpha that is likely to take several years to complete and will encompass both refurbishment of existing blocks and further development through site densification, where appropriate.
