Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to participate in establishing a framework of Heritage Professionals up to a value of £2M for the design of refurbishment of Units within the Carriage Works, London Street, Swindon and other heritage assets that SBC owns or has an interest in. The submission to participate on the framework will also include the first package of work, to be mini competed comprising of reviewing and further developing designs of Units 7 & 9 of the Carriage works.
