Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to participate in establishing a framework of Heritage Professionals up to a value of £2M for the design of refurbishment of Units within the Carriage Works, London Street, Swindon and other heritage assets that SBC owns or has an interest in.
