Overview
he Contracting Authority wish to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractor to undertake higher value responsive maintenance, disrepair, damp, mould and condensation works , voids and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council. The Framework will be for a 4 year period and the initial call-off contracts will be for 36 months commencing on or about the 14th October 2024 with the option to be extended for a further two years.
