Framework for Voids and other Maintenance Works

he Contracting Authority wish to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractor to undertake higher value responsive maintenance, disrepair, damp, mould and condensation works , voids and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council.
