The Contracting Authority requires Periodic Servicing and Inspection, Routine and Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, and Void Property/change of occupier Works to the integrated fire safety and life support systems in the 3,513 dwellings located in its 13 retirement villages and 3 housing schemes and head office predominately in the West and East Midlands with a growing portfolio.
