The Buyer requires the Services of an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation to assist in complying with its statutory duty to manage fire safety across the Buyer's estate and comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in England and Wales and the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 in Scotland. Additional information: The contract value stated as £4.685 million (excluding VAT) includes the optional contract extension periods of 2 x 12 months.
