The existing contracts are due to expire on 14th July 2016. In order to maintain the existing service provided the five Authorities are looking to collectively procure new service contracts for the duration of 3 years, with a possible extension for up to a further two x 1 year options, dependant upon the performance of the provider. The Authorities have a requirement for Winter Service Bureau and Weather Forecasting Services. It is anticipated that not every applicant will be able to provide all service requirements individually.
