In order to maintain the existing service provided the five Authorities are looking to collectively procure new service contracts for the duration of 3 years, with a possible extension for up to a further two x 1 year options, dependant upon the performance of the provider. The Authorities have a requirement for Winter Service Bureau and Weather Forecasting Services.
