Window Cleaning

To do an annual clean of windows in communal areas of blocks of flats in a small area in between Bromley and Lewisham. There are about 400 blocks and about 1,000 windows. Most of the blocks are only 2 or 3 floors but there are three taller blocks, 5-7 floors, and could you please advise in your tender how you will clean them, ie abseil or water-fed pole. The blocks are listed in a spreadsheet provided with some photos.
