Waste reduction behaviour change targeted programme

This tender will cover 3 projects: Project 1: Food Recycling Houses (Sept-Nov 2026, AND Sept-Nov 2027) The Supplier will be required to deliver a package to c348,000 (year 1, raising to c396,000 for year 2) target households in Essex. This would be across 9 districts with a mix of urban and rural addresses. This package includes delivering a roll of food caddy liners and an information leaflet through each door and applying a 'no food waste' bin sticker (or equivalent) to the wheeled residual waste bin.
