Waste reduction behaviour change targeted programme

This tender will cover 3 projects: Project 1: Food Recycling Houses (Sept-Nov 2026, AND Sept-Nov 2027) The Supplier will be required to deliver a package to c348,000 (year 1, raising to c396,000 for year 2) target households in Essex. This would be across 9 districts with a mix of urban and rural addresses.
