Overview

Review the use of triangulation methods by water companies during the 2019 Price Review to identify good practice. This should produce a set of recommendations to share with the industry. CCW can assist by liaising with companies to obtain information about their approach to triangulation where these are not publically available. A number of interviews with company research managers and Ofwat should also be carried out to understand the advantages and limitations in the use of triangulation at the last price review.
