Overview

Ofcom is conducting a programme of research, to gain further understanding into users' online journeys, the extent of potential harms, who they impact, mitigations to prevent harm, and the capabilities of online services. We are therefore seeking to run a series of online randomised control trials in financial year 2023/24 to generate evidence across a range of policy topics. We anticipate to run up to four online trials using the same platform mock up.
