TITLE OF PROJECT Tenant Satisfaction Surveys BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sandwell Council's Housing Service would like to deliver annual satisfaction surveys to tenants, across a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further two years. This will enable the council to collect feedback from the tenants to aid the improvement and development of services delivered. Following the delivery of the survey's results, an analysis of the findings is to be completed and presented back to the council shortly after.
