TITLE OF PROJECT Tenant Satisfaction Surveys BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sandwell Council's Housing Service would like to deliver annual satisfaction surveys to tenants, across a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further two years. This will enable the council to collect feedback from the tenants to aid the improvement and development of services delivered.
