DLUHC is supporting building owners in taking immediate steps to ensure their residents' safety and in making decisions on any remedial work that is necessary. This framework is for provision of building safety professionals to audit samples of External Wall Assessment (EWS1) forms. This specialist resource is not available within government to execute these audits. Individual contracts (call-offs) awarded under this Framework Agreement (Lots 1 and 2) will be governed by the same terms and conditions as the Framework with specific instructions set out in the call-off work instruction.
