Overview
There are three core phases identified within this package of work (the project is termed Commissioning Framework assignment), they are as follows: Phase 1: Agreed objectives and the future vision will come from the discovery phase. Key to this will be the review of the current arrangements and existing MoU/agreements in place between DLUHC and its Delivery Partners, alongside discussions with stakeholders.
