T1015 VCO Office Refurbishment

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project to work within the Vice Chancellors Office. The works comprise of merging two rooms near the VC's office to create a larger office space. Closing off an exterior door adding internal board to block it off. Add in new doors with vision panels, add a new window at the back of the office for more light ingress. Add power and data to accommodate additional desks. Fire and ventilation are included in the works to ensure the space is compliant. Create an accessible entrance by putting push button opening at the entrance.
