Overview
Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor(s) to a Surface Treatments Framework Agreement (Framework). The work involved will Carriageway Retexturing; Joint Sealing; Micro Asphalt; Footway Slurry Seal; Asphalt Preservation and a top up contract for Surface Dressing associated with the maintenance of the Employers highway network. The estimated value through the Framework is not guaranteed and is dependent on budgets made available to the Employer. The proposed Framework period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance.
