Solihull MBC provides approximately 3000 cremation services across it's 2 crematoria. Personalisation of the service held is of a very sensitive nature and of high importance to the bereaved families. A highly significant element of each service is the music that is played and increasingly the ability to provide webcasts for friends and family who are unable to attend in person and to provide visual tributes such as displaying photographs and visual tributes in the chapel at the time of the service.
