Overview

The Home Office requires an independent Evaluation Partner to carry out an evaluation of activity undertaken through the Social Media Hubs. The main deliverables will be: • A feasibility study (exploring the available data and possible methods to conduct a robust impact evaluation); • An impact/outcome evaluation (to understand the effect of the Social Media Hub funding on associated outcomes, the longer-term impacts, and whether the programme has been economically beneficial); • A process evaluation of activity undertaken by the Social Media Hubs relating to their use of funding and to understand how the programme has since progressed.
