On behalf of SMP Alliance working with Highways England (Costain Ltd, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, BMJV, Flour Ltd, Jacobs, WSP Ltd) we require earthworks providers to be appointed into our SMP Alliance. The requirement covers all people, plant and equipment to carry out earthworks in the smart motorway environment. Providers will be asked to select preferred region of operation.
