On behalf of SMP Alliance (comprising Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, bmJV (a joint venture between BAM Nuttall Ltd and Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd), Costain Ltd, Fluor Ltd, Jacobs UK Ltd and WSP UK Ltd) working with National Highways we are inviting expressions of interest for the PAVEMENT TESTING. This notice covers National Highways CBR Testing for the M1 North on the National Emergency Area Retrofit (NEAR) Schemes.
