The London Borough of Havering is seeking to procure the services of an external organisation to provide mentoring service for young people aged 11-25 at risk of gang affiliation, vulnerable to gang exploitation without necessarily being involved in criminal activity. This is not an invitation to tender. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is subject to the light-touch regime under Section 7 Social and Other Specific Services.
