This is an open tender process to identify a provider for a reliable service for the supply of transport for school meals to schools that do not have adequate kitchen facilities to prepare and cook a compliant school meal, which represents value for money. Twelve15 are a department of Surrey County Council who provide school meals to Surrey schools and some nurseries.
