Overview
The Tower Hamlets' Infrastructure/Viability Planning Team is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a minimum of 4 Professionally Accredited Viability Consultancies designed to provide the Council with access to viability advice on a range of planning applications where development viability is in question. Successful consultancies will be retained for the duration of the Framework Agreement and will be commissioned to independently assess financial viability assessments submitted by applicants for planning permission.
