Retained Development Viability Consultancy Framework Agreement

The Tower Hamlets' Infrastructure/Viability Planning Team is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a minimum of 4 Professionally Accredited Viability Consultancies designed to provide the Council with access to viability advice on a range of planning applications where development viability is in question.
