Princeville Primary School Phase 3

BACKGROUND INFORMATION The proposed works constitute Phase 3 of the construction of Princeville Primary School. The works will be located on the site of the former school which has recently been demolished prior to this phase of the development. NATURE OF CONTRACT The Princeville Primary School Phase 3 scheme includes several components: The provision of an access road serving a surfaced drop-off area and car park with 48 spaces. Construction of a football pitch to Sport England standards Soft landscaping works which will either be grassed or planted with low maintenance shrubs.
