Overview

Conducting of interviews with businesses and members of the public, across Devon and Somerset, to inform the level of the Fire and Rescue Service precept within Council Tax the following financial year. Interviews are a combination of face-to-face and telephone. The supplier will develop the interview script, carry out the interviews/surveys, analyse the data/information and provide a report on the findings. Surveys are carried out annually (in Autumn). The contract has an initial term of one year, with 3 x 12 extensions available (maximum 4 year term).
