Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group and East and North Herts Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to procure the provision of postural stability services to patients within Hertfordshire from 01 February 2017. The aims of the service are to reduce the number of falls per year and also to commission evidence based, patient centred, high quality, value for money service for the prompt rehabilitation and treatment of patients aged 65 and older who have fallen within the previous 12 months.
