Independent Investigations Mental Health Homicides Market Engagement Event: 3rd May 2016 NHS England has four established regional teams; North, South, London and Midlands and East, who work to a single operating model ensuring common and best practice for the management of independent investigations in the mental health arena. Clinical Commissioning Groups and Mental Health Trusts are required to work with NHS England to ensure the successful management of and reporting on homicides.
