Medway Council wish to appoint a professional and experienced contractor for the refurbishment and alteration works to the Parklands Centre. The new Parklands Respite Centre requirements including new first floor rooms, on suites, toilets, offices, decorations etc. in accordance with proposed drawings and current building regulations. Contract to run for 12 weeks from May to August. Site Visits: Tuesday 27th March 10am to 11.30am and Tuesday 10th April 10am to 11:30am
