Overview

Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake the enabling works requirement at the former Debenhams department store in Chatham. The reuqirement is to strip out of former department store back to shell. Works include removal of existing partitions, floor covers, ceilings and M&E services/ . The Contract will be for an initial period of 6 months with an option to extend for a further period up to a total of 6 months. The maximum contract term will therefore be 1 year. The contract is anticipated to commence from the 3rd March 2025.
