ORE Catapult have a requirement for a 264m2 CPTC Lab Store Building located between the Charles Parson Building and the river quay wall. The Contractor shall complete the design and construction of the project to the dimensions, layout and elevational appearance shown on the tender documents to provide sound, waterproof building together with electric connection and adjacent external areas. The Contractor is to comply with the planning approval and Building Regulations .
