Overview
This Invitation to Participate ("ITP") has been issued by the ORE Catapult as part of a competitive procurement exercise in accordance with the "Competitive procedure with Negotiation" for tendering under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time). The ORE Catapult currently operate its test facilities in Blyth, Northumberland which test and validate new renewable technologies. The ORE Catapult plan to upgrade the cooling and ventilation capability of its 15MW Drivetrain test hall (the "Test Hall") to manage heat losses observed during testing.
