Overview

This framework is to provide Ad-Hoc Engineering Support/Consultancy services to the Oil and Pipelines Agency (OPA) on a per project basis, in order to allow OPA to fulfil its requirements as O&M for Oil Fuel Depots (OFDs) on behalf of the MoD. There is currently a number of packages of Engineering works planned in order to modernise the aging assets contained within the OFDs, these projects vary in size and complexity and are actioned on an individual project basis.
