Overview

The Oil and Pipeline Agency (OPA) is a public corporation, formed in 1986 by virtue of the Oil and Pipelines Act 1985 to operate and maintain the Government Pipeline and Storage System (GPSS) on behalf of the MoD. This requirement is the supply of tank side triple offside Butterfly valves, Class 150 and 300 for above ground installations and valve pits for transfer of various white oil fuel storage across 7 locations throughout the UK.
