Overview
The No Second Night Out (NSNO) initiative is part of a national commitment to end rough sleeping. The aim of this contract is to commission a service to work with individuals who are rough sleeping in the district to ensure that nobody continues to do so. This will be achieved by fast tracking assessments to identify a solution to resolve an individual's homelessness. This will include the provision of short term emergency accommodation in circumstances where an immediate solution cannot be provided.
