Overview
The Association of North East Councils trading as NEPO seeks to establish a Framework Agreement to provide a 24-hour a day, 7-days a week, 52 weeks of the year service for all tyre replacement and repair requirements for participating Contracting Authorities. Suppliers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. The most economically advantageous tenderers will be awarded the framework contract. NEPO does not give any guarantee and/or warrant the actual value of the goods (if any) which will be placed with the successful supplier by any Contracting Authority using the Framework Agreement.
