NEPO seeks to establish a framework for the provision of Tech Enabled Care and Lone Working. This framework will allow Contracting Authorities to call-off on a range of solutions/devices, it will also offer Contracting Authorities discount for bulk purchases. The scope of this Framework is for the provision of products and services in relation to Technology Enabled Care Services and Lone Working Solutions. Technology Enabled Care refers to the use of Telecare, Telehealth, and other monitoring devices or applications, to enabled clients living independently for longer whilst managing risks.
