Reading Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest from experienced contractors to undertake its annual programme of highways surfacing during the period September to October 2015. The scope of the contract comprises the application of micro asphalt, or equivalent proprietary surfacing material, to existing carriageways in urban areas, with ancillary works to the Council’s road network including all traffic management issues associated with the works.
